Really efficient service. I contacted on telephone and engineer was booked for next day, calling with an hours notice. At 10.00am got the call and engineer arrived in the hour. He was really pleasant and efficiently worked out what the problem was with a signal not going through a Sky box/distributor. The office then called to confirm price, work was done on the spot - and checked all working on the TV - with a new distributor and then payment made to engineer. Could not recommend more highly
I phoned HDS and a very nice aerial engineer fixed my problem later that day. Simple and straightforward, which is all anyone would want.
The gentleman arrived and l showed him what l wanted and he gave me his professional advise which was better than mine,and he worked non stop until the job was done to a high spec spot on
